How much does therapy cost? Do you accept insurance?

For a variety of reasons, including client confidentiality and privacy, I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend clients check with their insurance company first to see if this is an option.

Individual sessions are $145/50 minutes before 5pm and $155/50 minutes 5pm - 7pm.

Couple's Sessions are $170/50 minutes or $227/1.5 hours

This is my first time to therapy, what should I expect?

My first priority is to create a counseling space of acceptance and safety. Our first session will involve processing your intake paperwork to understand your therapeutic needs. From here, we will create a set of goals to work toward together. There is no requirement of how often you attend therapy or for how long. We will determine what feels like a good plan together.

Where does therapy take place?

Counseling sessions are offered in person and via HIPPA compliant Telehealth. If you opt for Telehealth, you will receive a link the day before your session. In person sessions are offered at a confidential, convenient office right off of i25 and Colorado blvd. Because my office is located in Denver, CO, I'm only providing Telehealth services for Alaska residents at this time.

What's the cancellation policy?

Counseling sessions require a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Anything after the 24 hour timeframe will result in a full session charge. You will receive a text reminder 48 hours in advance of your session. Your session time is your session time so if you're late we will always still be able to meet.
